While we do not have a Cottage Food program here in Clear Creek County, we have resources and opportunities available to you through CSU Extension. Learn how to safely operate a food business from a home kitchen. As a shift due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online training classes are available, making it easier than ever to learn how to comply with the Colorado Cottage Food Act with your home business or side food business.
